Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or placing an order with Swaadam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

Note: These terms apply to all users, including visitors, subscribers, and corporate clients.

Service Description

Swaadam provides daily homestyle tiffin meal delivery services, including:

  • Individual meal deliveries (lunch/dinner)
  • Weekly and monthly subscription plans
  • Corporate bulk meal orders
  • Special festive and event catering

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service without prior notice. Menu items may vary based on seasonal availability.

Ordering & Payment
  • All orders must be placed through our website or by phone at least 4 hours before delivery time.
  • Payment is required in advance for all online orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing (for corporate clients).
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery within Delhi limits (subject to order value).
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Any additional charges (e.g., delivery fee) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • In case of payment failure or technical issues, the order may be cancelled automatically. We are not liable for any consequential losses.

Please always retain your payment receipt/transaction ID for any future reference.

Delivery Policy
  • Deliveries are made between 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM (lunch) and 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM (dinner).
  • We currently serve Keshav Puram, Delhi, and surrounding areas within 8 km. Delivery outside this range is subject to additional charges.
  • In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure, we will notify you promptly. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, but will make every effort to deliver as soon as possible.
  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the meal. If delivery is missed due to unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Attempted deliveries that are refused or failed will be reported, and no refund will be provided for non-acceptance without valid reason.
Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Single meal orders: Cancel up to 4 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund.
  • Subscription plans: Cancel with 48-hour written notice. Refunds for unused meals are issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Instant cancellation: If you cancel less than 4 hours before delivery, no refund will be provided, but you may request a meal swap (subject to availability).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Cash orders are refunded via bank transfer.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete delivery information.
  • Not misuse our platform by placing fraudulent orders or attempting to breach security.
  • Ensure that any dietary preferences or allergies are clearly communicated before ordering. We are not liable for adverse reactions from undisclosed allergies.
  • Not reproduce, duplicate, or copy any part of our website content without written permission.
Subscription Auto-Renewal

Monthly and weekly subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless explicitly cancelled. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date. Please note that subscription fees are non-refundable once the cycle begins.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including logos, text, graphics, images, menu descriptions, and design – is the property of Swaadam and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any material from this site without prior written consent from Swaadam.

Limitation of Liability

Swaadam shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services
  • Delivery delays caused by third-party courier agents, traffic, or acts of God
  • Food quality issues that occur after delivery (e.g., improper storage)
  • Any inaccuracies in menu descriptions (we do our best to ensure accuracy)

In any case, our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific meal or order in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled immediately, and we will process refunds for unused subscriptions as per our cancellation policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi. We will attempt to resolve any disagreements amicably through negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will send you a notice via email or SMS.
